Approached the agency a year back. After being explained the process was directed to my case agent Shafaat. His knowledge on the process is excellent and guided me well throughout the various stages of the application. The best part for me was when he himself simulataneously applied for PNP after entering my profile in the regular express entry pool. That ensured my application was not just waiting in the regular pool of candidates. However i did get through the regular pool which is much better than PNP and finally have my COPR in hand.
